| Yap State Government is currently soliciting sealed bids for the State owned vessel, YSS Micro Spirit (the Vessel). Information about the vessel is available from the Yap State Office of Administrative Services Procurement and Property Management Office. Prospective bidders may call (691) 350-2403 during business hours to schedule an inspection of the vessel prior to bid submission. |
| Formal sealed bids must be received by the State Procurement & Property Management Office no later than the close of business on May 1, 2009. Bids must be submitted in one of three ways: 1. Hand-delivery in a sealed envelope marked "YSS Micro Spirit Sealed Bid" 2. Mailed to: Procurement & Property Management Division Attn: YSS Micro Spirit Sealed Bid P.O. Box 129 Colonia, Yap FM 96943 3. Emailed to: oasyap@mail.fm The subject line of an emailed bid must state "YSS Micro Spirit Sealed Bid". The bid itself may not be included in the text of the email, but instead must be included in a PDF attachment, so as to avoid inadvertent disclosure of the bid prior to the date above. |

| By submitting a sealed bid, bidder expressly acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agreed to abide by and to be legally bound by all procedures, rules, and terms and conditions outlined in the attached "Sealed Bid Auction Rules and Bidder Agreement" and "Purchase and Sale Agreement". Seller's acceptance of a submitted bid creates a valid and enforceable contract for sale of the Vessel. |
